Benny Ngai | Consulting Director

Benny Ngai earned a Masters in Design Management from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Technology from City University of New York. Prior to joining Point in 2004, Benny had worked on a range of retail and high-end residential projects for more than eight years, honing his skills as a team leader who inspires his colleagues to produce the best possible client-work. In this capacity, he routinely manages extended project teams encompassing structural engineers and mechanical, electrical and plumbing consultants and professionals. Fountain Spa, Meadowland Xanadu NJ, Freehold Mall and Danbury Mall are among his most important projects.
